Deep Flow Massage- This multidimensional massage interweaves meditative breathing principals with a variety of unique massage styles, blending Eastern and Western techniques. Experience the flowing transitions between Thai Yoga stretches, Joint Release, Shiatsu Acupressure and aromatherapy.  The rhythmic, rocking motions promote deep relaxation and physical, mental and spiritual alignment.   [60 min/90min]

Deep Tissue Massage- This is the perfect massage for relieving chronic patterns of tension due to an injury or repetitive stress. This technique combines various massage techniques to target deep, underlying muscle tissue.

Headache Relief- Find relief from headaches with this popular technique designed to target the aches & pains associated with muscular tension. [30 min]

Hot Stone Massage- Hot basalt (river rock) stones are used to melt away muscular tension. This massage experience reduces stress and provides a calming restorative effect.    [60 min/90 min]

Lymphatic Drainage Massage- This technique involves very light strokes to manually stimulate lymphatic movement which assists in the reduction of swelling (edema) and folds, while detoxifying and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. It is also believed to help the immune system. [30 min/60 min/90 min] 

NeuroMuscular Therapeutic Massage- This massage is designed to treat common muscular ailments associated with repetitive stress injuries such as carpel tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder and piriformis syndrome (low back pain extending down through the back of the legs). This is a more specific form of deep tissue massage, by focusing primarily on the treatment of the “problem area”.  [60 min/90 min]

Pre-Natal Massage- This massage is performed with the mother-to-be laying on her side for maximum comfort to ease the common muscular discomfort of pregnancy. It is also used to improve circulation and reduce swelling.

Post-Operative Recovery Massage Package- A series of 3 massages focuses on lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, creates and improves circulation and breaks adhesions from scar tissue post-surgery.  [30-45  min]   

Reflexology- It may be one of the oldest forms of massages, but it is still the one of the most popular techniques to restore balance in the body utilizing reflex points in the hands and feet.     [30 min/60 min]

Relaxation Massage (Traditional Swedish Massage)- This technique uses gentle strokes, custom tailored to fit a client’s needs to promote deep relaxation & circulation.        [30 min/60 min/90 min]

Sports Massage- Using multiple sports massage modalities, this massage aids in restoring full range of motion. This massage can be performed before (for preparation) or after (for recovery) an athletic event.

Spa Etiquette

• Services are non-transferable and may not be substituted.
• Package(s) must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Services are made by reservations, and all reservations are guaranteed by credit card.
• There is a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice on all service packages. Reservations that are cancelled in less than the required time will be charged 50% of the service price.
• Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment time to fill out any necessary paperwork, to begin the relaxation process, and to allow time to change into your robe and spa slippers. 
• Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment or reschedule so that our other guests are not inconvenienced. Full charges will apply.
• Shaving or waxing just prior to a body treatment is not recommended.
• Please turn off all cell phones during your spa visit.
•  For the comfort of all our guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted at the Medical Spa of Baton Rouge.
