Mineral Makeup, Application & Private Classes

We offer Young Blood and Glo mineral makeup in 3 different formulas –loose powder, pressed minerals and a liquid mineral foundation. The 3 different formulas give you a range of coverage from natural and lightweight to complete camouflaged coverage.   Our mineral makeup allows your skin to “breathe” while giving it a natural youthful “glow”, without a “made up” look.  It is ideal for women of all skin types, tones and ages; and our products contain natural SPF and are free of chemicals such as preservatives, talc, oil, fragrance, dyes and alcohol.  It is important to complete your look with mineral makeup to look and feel, especially after correcting any prior skin problems.

Make up application- 45 min                            Bridal Makeup- 60 min

Make up Lesson & Skin Care Classes- 120 min for up to groups of 10 people

Teen Makeup & Skin Classes- Open to 13 - 17 year olds. Classes cover skin care consultation and private makeup application. Includes sample skin care products & personalized skin-care regimen.

Professional Makeup Artist

Paris was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where she honed her craft into a profession working with Cover Girl Cosmetics, and Yves Saint Laurent.  Now set up in Baton Rouge, she hopes to create unique looks that meet individual styles and preferences for clients ranging from models, actors, and, bridal groups. If it's high-end glamour or a simple refreshed look, Paris can help you look your best for that special occasion. She also teaches basic skin care and makeup application classes for teens and adults at the Spa.  Call us for more details on the classes or to schedule a makeup application session.

Rima Akoum

Professional Makeup Artist and Beauty Specialist

Rima Akoum is a fully-licensed cosmetologist having graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2009, and from the prestigious Rafik Youness Academy of Cosmetology in Beirut, Lebanon in 2006. Her education and experience makes her well-versed in a variety of international styles and customs as she has also practiced under the leading international cosmetologists in Lebanon. Her specialties include permanent makeup(tattoo), makeup applications and lessons, eye lash extensions and threading.
