Ageless Beauty: S. Clement

Mrs. Clement is a retired teacher and author of a nationally-approved reading program, Phun Phonics, which is used to teach children with dyslexia and other reading problems how to read. She currently resides in the Baton Rouge area. Mrs. Clement received the 2D Rejuvenation Package, Parisian Peel series, and Botox to achieve her look.  Every person ages at a different rate and in different ways.  Some develop redness, age or sun spots.   Others have large pores, fine wrinkles or skin laxity.  You may have one, two or all of these conditions.  Our 2D Rejuvenation package takes a two-tiered approach to rejuvenating your skin.

The 2D Rejuvenation Package uses our Laser Genesis® and Titan®.  The Laser Genesis® utilizes a laser to soften fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pores and decrease (or eliminate) redness found deeper in the dermis.  Laser Genesis® has been proven to stimulate the creation of new collagen, giving your face a more youthful appearance.

The Titan® is the newest category for skin fitness.  The Titan® uses infrared light to heat tissue in the deep dermis for natural appearing skin tightening.  The most popular areas of treatment are the face and neck; however, other parts such as hands, arms, and abdomen, are also frequently treated.  Some patients see immediate results. However, most typically see results in two to four weeks and improvements will continue for 4 to 6 months.

Mrs. Clement finally also received a series of Parisian Micropeels® (microdermabrasion and chemical peels) for superficial skin rejuvenation.  A precision diamond-covered disk is used to exfoliate the dead outer layer of skin or epidermis. The gentle suction removes the remnants of dead outer layers of skin while bringing smoother, softer skin to the surface.  This is followed by a customized chemical peel which is a chemical solution applied to the skin to target specific problems in your dermis.  Both of these procedures work effectively and safely on all skin colors.  Over a period of time, Micropeels can treat sun damaged skin, age spots, superficial pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged or oily pores, blackheads, whiteheads and acne scars.

Lastly, Mrs. Clement received Botox® to temporarily reverse crow’s feet and forehead wrinkles. While her wrinkles were relaxed, the Laser Genesis® was used to build collagen to minimize the appearance of these dynamic wrinkles for improvement long after the Botox wore off.  This combination has decreased her frequency and amount of Botox needed over time.
